HUMAN RESOURCES AND PSYCHOLOGY - HIGH SCHOOL
We are seeking interns to serve on our Human Resources and Psychology team who share our passion for technology, education, and entrepreneurship. It is a 5 hour commitment per week initially and a ground-floor opportunity to help build something worthwhile.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Support the documentation of all company and cross-departmental processes, systems, and best practices
Support with project management of key operations deliverables
Support with HR admin tasks such as developing and posting team member ads
Have opportunity to contribute to other projects/functions as per interest
Build relationships with specific partners at all levels -- from interns to academic and administrative leadership
Participate in Company Wide Professional Development initiatives

WHAT ARE OUR REQUIREMENTS:
You are between the ages of 16 and 19
You can invest at least 5 hours a week into the internship for 12 or 24 weeks
You have access to a computer or smart device and the ability to work remotely
You have knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs
You have a proven interest in the field of the internship
You have a burning desire to succeed and be great in anything you do
You have access to the Internet
You have a firm grasp of the English Language
Your Minimum GPA is a 3.0 out 4 point scale, B average
You are able to provide valid work documentation as required
You have a burning desire to go to college, start a business, or start a career
You are a self starter, self-motivated, and can work independently Have experience or coursework in marketing and/or web technology.
Be technology literate. Tech geeks welcome!
Be a fast learner with a good attitude.
Experience with social media sites, specifically Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (additional knowledge of other channels a plus)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
24/7 Interns are challenged to add value to projects and are encouraged to take risks, and think outside of the box. Our interns do not serve as assistants, work on projects that directly generate revenue for the organization, and do not displace regular employees.
